- What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1 unit for sample testing. For bulk orders, we offer attractive volume discounts. Please contact us for a detailed price list.
- Do you provide samples?
Yes, samples are available for all our products. Sample fees are required, but they will be **fully refunded** when you place a bulk order over $1000.
- How can I request a quotation?

We ship directly from our factory and warehouse in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, which is very close to Shenzhen Port for fast international shipping.

- Air freight: 7-10 days for medium orders

- What shipping terms do you offer?

- Who is responsible for duties & taxes?
All import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the purchasing party. We will declare the appropriate value on the commercial invoice to help you minimize these costs.
Warranty & Returns
- How about the warranty?
All BENTDIUM products come with a *12-month warranty* against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. We also provide lifetime technical support.
- What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for unused standard products within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Customized products are not eligible for return
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery
- Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
Warranty Terms:
1. All BENTDIUM products come with a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
2. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, operation or maintenance
- Damage caused by accident, abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear (such as jaw plates, screws and other consumable parts)
- Damage caused by modification or repair by unauthorized personnel
- Damage caused by force majeure
3. Our sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.
4. We provide lifetime technical support for all our products.
